To Our Cust-O-Fab Customers; We began the Specialty Services venture in May. In our first letter introducing Cust-O-Fab Specialty Services we made some statements that we considered promises. We would like to review some of those promises and update our progress. We said we would hire persons experienced in the industry that have records of proven performance. As of September we have hired ten people into the Specialty Services group. Six of these ten persons are field project managers with exceptional skill sets and records of success. These guys have an extraordinary blend of youth and experience. We have managed to acquire the persons we need to support these guys in the office from every perspective. Our Safety Manager, Quality Manager, and our Technical Professionals are the best in the business and we could not be more proud of the team we have put together thus far. We said we would inspire, motivate and reward our people. We have employment contracts with all of our field project managers. Having these contracts provides security for our project managers. These contracts also provide predictability for our company that our employees are here for the long term. The contracts contain a level of reward for these employees that is uncommon in our industry. We focus on employing only persons that are self motivated. We also believe in elevating that personal motivation and we have accomplished that with our contract components. We believe that we have a superior company dynamic with this uncommon structure. We have created a sustainable team mentality and team culture here at Cust-O-Fab Specialty Services. We did all of this to better serve our customers. We said we would be operational by August 1, 2011. We are operational! We have completed our first two projects and have accomplished our mission of Safety / Quality / Schedule / Value in both projects. We have another project that will begin within the next week. We continue to build tool trailers and buy tools for the growth that we anticipate. We are moved into our new offices. We begin receiving our exchanger extractor equipment within the next week. We have designed and constructed multiple convection tube pullers that are state of the art in design and versatility. We currently are licensed to operate in nineteen states. We have qualified for Master Service Agreements with nine major customers and are in process with several more. We are members in ISNetworld, PIC and PEC. We are a DISA company. We are working on our NCCER certification. The things we have accomplished in our first three months are not only impressive they speak to the team concept that is inherent in our business plan. Cust-O-Fab Specialty Services has been supported at every turn by our partners at Cust-O-Fab Inc. Together we team up to offer a great combination of services. We have a great team here at Cust-O-Fab and we are continuing to add to that team. We are more excited than ever. Our motivation and our morale are high.
